Returns & Exchanges
If your eligible Faherty item was purchased within 60 days, you can exchange it or return it for a refund. We want to make it right.
Returns
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags attached. Visit the Returns Center to start a domestic or international return.
Exchanges
Faherty no longer offers traditional merchandise exchanges. Place a new order for the fastest replacement, and we’ll credit the returned item when it is received.
Guarantee
If an eligible item experiences a performance issue within five years, submit a Guarantee of Quality request and our team will make it right.
